"I have had the best experience living here! The apartment complex has such nice amenities such as a complimentary expresso and coffee bar, pool, gym, dog park, and game room. The apartments are also extremely nice quality and clean with a modern design. Riley and Tatiana in the office are extremely kind and help you with any questions/needs you may have! They make such an effort to host fun events for residents to meet and interact like game nights, brunches, and wine/painting nights! It is a really nice community to live in and is in a calm, quiet, and convenient location."

"A 3-star review for me is average. After almost a year and a half living there I think that’s a very fair review given the proposal of astronomically raising the rent which was a huge reason for leaving. For the same price point I found nicer with better commodities and amenities I was the first person to live in my apartment and there were minor things I had issues with upon moving in. Pencil marks still from the builders, tyvek wrap still showing, bugs painted over. Just didn’t speak out upscale living after the awe effect wears off. My dryer vent was never connected so after a few uses my laundry room was completely covered in lint which I had to clean up. The GE top freezer fridges they use are known for being cheap and start going bad after a year or so which is what happened to mine many times the coils would burn up and it would stop working completely. My Google nest stopped working about halfway through my stay there. The issue was not being able to control it, and it adjusting temps on its own but the office wouldn’t change it out. Other residents I heard the biggest issue they have is their dishwasher not working. At the start of my stay the residents in building 4 were extremely rude and standoffish except for a few. But now they’re very enjoyable. In terms of the dog owners, there’s only a few bad apples but they never pick their dog poop up and all the office does is send e-mails. Instead of enrolling the complex in the poop tracking programs to fine people and hold them accountable. The dog poop gets so abundant that some residents take it upon themselves to pick it up which isn’t their responsibility. USPS, UPS, and FEDEX are typically really good but Amazon it’s a hit or miss some days. The main office does their best at doing events and from what I hear they’re huge successes and turnout so that’s always fun. The pool is always packed in season so there’s endless fun to have there. The office staff is extremely nice as well and accommodating. Anything I remember later on will be added under this paragraph"
