"This is a lovely place. We went close to dusk. There is a beach there and I took a picture of the price sign."
"Beautiful fall day, had lunch by the lake, watched hundreds of pelicans coming and going, with a few snowy egrets and great blue herons thrown in, what a nice spot;"
"We went on a Thursday, so there was literally no one there. We ate at the picnic table and enjoyed the views. I don't know much about the lake (size, depth, etc), but it is beautiful. They even have a beach. There is camping (campers or cabins). I bet this place comes to life Friday afternoon...."
"A Great place to get away and enjoy nature. Great bike trails, boating and fishing. There is an area for tent, camping and RV center with water and electric hookups and showers. And a horse campground where riders can bring their horses and enjoy the horse trails. There are two marinas, a snack shack and handicap accessible fishing and boating. There is a swimming beach with lifeguards and a snack bar."
"Great park to spend a day or a whole weekend. Has camping/rv spots and cabins. Day use picnic area with bbq pit, and pavilion. Boating in the lake or swimming at the Milnot beach which has a cool floating obstacle course. Also the Route 66 bike trail is there which is very fun! Also look for mushrooms we found probably 20 different kinds!!"
