"Despite employees (even the ones not paid or paid legally) being phenomenal at customer service that's where it ends. Changing brands doesn't change the fact the owners are shysters. They don't pay employees the proper way and sometimes at all. The rooms are clean as long as you don't look behind any of the furniture. The bedding is always clean however. Leaky pipes in the hallway rooms down for bedbugs and owners that don't care about anything except the money going into their pocket. Give your money to a different hotel in town. One reason they changed brands so they don't have to provide breakfast anymore. Ya know cuz the butter for the waffles was costing them too much. One insurance scam in Caseyville now all the shady things going on here...avoid"
"We recently stayed here for a week while we were there visiting for the holidays. The staff was great. They were friendly and helpful. They went above to make sure we were comfortable. Always had clean towels. The motel itself could use some upgrading. Would stay there again."
