"This place was an absolute miracle. I walked in at 7 o clock, pretty much expecting to be turned away because they close at 8. The receptionist, Laura, was so kind and compassionate and told me she thought she could give me one of the last two slots. She was incredibly efficient, personable and actually made me laugh, which was an incredible feat given how awful I felt. She updated my information quickly. Within five minutes of sitting down, another very kind soul, a nurse with awesome pink hair, whisked me in the back and took note of my symptoms, tested me, and whisked me back to the waiting room. I very much appreciated that they tested me before taking me back so I wouldn’t have to wait for results. Efficiency again noted. Less than 10 minutes later, the nurse called me back, took my vitals, and double-checked symptoms. Less than 10 minutes after that, Dr.Regina Williams came in and had such a relaxed and kind presence. She delivered my diagnosis and took her time checking me over, even though she has to be completely exhausted, along with the rest of them, and could have rushed through. Honestly wouldn’t have blamed her. Instead, she went out of her way to find the first dosage of antibiotics to give me in office and called it in (even though it was past closing time) so I didn’t have to wait for my rx. I was in and out in an hour. Truly, such a kind, compassionate, and efficient team. I normally steer clear of doctors, and I would NEVER take the time to write a review, but they were truly such a blessing to me tonight. Thank you"
"I visited this facility twice for TB Testing, and unfortunately, I had a less than satisfactory experience, mainly due to the interaction with the front desk worker, Marilyn. During my second visit, she insisted that I provide paperwork from my first visit, even though I never received any paperwork beyond instructions for the testing timeframe and information from the nurse. When I mentioned this, she raised her voice and claimed she had provided the paperwork, as she never keeps it. I had my sibling confirm that she never handed anything back to me. After today's visit, same thing happened, she did NOT return the paperwork she claimed the first time, to have returned back to me. So much for "I never keep patient paperwork", huh? My overall experience with the front desk, especially Marilyn R, was quite unpleasant. I would hesitate to return to this facility in the future due to this aspect of my visit. The nurses were the most kind and quick service I've received. Just be careful of some of the front desk personnel."
"This place is a scam!! Went in a few weeks ago with cold-like symptoms. Someone looked me over and took my vitals. Got a covid test just to be cautious. Had no other work or tests done. Got a bill for over $500 AFTER insurance paid $300. I was also charged for a new PCP when I wasn’t even looking for one. Never going back here or any NW community affiliated place ever again! My stepdad went to Vitality urgent care and was diagnosed with new onset AFIB and pneumonia and his out of pocket was under $100."
"To say I was disappointed by their care of my employee is an understatement. The amount of time it took for him to be looked at was wild, and then, instead of receiving a stitch or two, they gave him an unnecessary x-ray. If his wound wasn't deep enough for a stitch, why would it need an x-ray? When I tried to contact Dr. Gandhi about the choices that were made, I was told she was busy, and I would be contacted once she was done with the patient. Never called back. When calling again, they sent me to voice-mail. Terrible practice all around, go to one of the many others in the area. This place is a joke, and once you are in the door, apparently, you've agreed to unnecessary procedures. Beware!"
"I've used this place multiple times and it is not what is in the best interest of the patient but the best interest of their pocket. I used them and they forced me to pay out of pocket because my work insurance and personal insurance would fight over it so I needed to just pay..... that's why I pay for insurance let them settle it... Now I send an employee for a minor cut and try to pay out of pocket and they tell me no it must go through workman's comp and then proceed to do unnecessary x-rays and didn't even stitch the wound. I guess when I was told the $372 quote would be off she should've mentioned it would not even be close. BEWARE OF DR. GANDHI $HE IS NOT LOOKING OUT FOR YOUR BE$T INTERE$T..."
