Advocate Clinic at Walgreens 1701 East Kensington Road, Mount Prospect, IL 60056

"Been in the advocate clinic on Arlington and golf bunch of times over the years and have nothing but positive experience. Today I had to use this one. You can say it will be unpleasant experience as soon as you see people working here. First you you gotta see really unpleasant lady that takes your vitals and force you to do swipe test because they “will suggest it” and then you see a lady with Indian decent you can barely understand. After all the stupid questions and fear of Covid in the middle 2023 she says to start taking Tylenol (I’m already taking way stronger pills than that) after I confront her she prescribe me cough medicine. 143$ down the drain. Do not come here!"

"got here 15 minutes early and was seen extremely late because the “nurse practitioner” said that someone came late and i have to wait. last time i came here with my little brother they wouldn’t take us because we were a little late."

"Completely positive visit today. Had an 11AM appointment, came early because there's always paperwork, got a shot, done before 11AM. 3 friendly people on staff, I was only one there. Not at all sure about what the negative reviews would be--busier days?? Appointments honored before walk-ins. Only basic care done here, however."

"I couldn’t be more disappointed in the lack of professionalism. As I walked in and checked in my two year old I was asked by the nurse to come into the separate office to chat. She refused to perform a flu test on my child because I wanted to pay out of pocket. After a long exchange and me insisting on her performing a flu test she said ; fine, I’ll do it in 45 minutes so you can wait with your kid. I left as I didn’t feel comfortable her touching my child after being so rude to me. I’m shocked with the lack of humanity in such a facility. I hope there will be consequences to her actions as this is not acceptable."

"I had a 10am appointment today. When I arrived a little before 10 I saw that the clinic was closed. About the same time my wife received a call from Walgreens also telling her the clinic I was already at was closed and suggesting I go to another Walgreens 6 miles away. I went to the Advocate Outpatient center on Rand and Central instead and got in right away. Very professional treatment. Sorry Walgreens. Never again."
