"I have been coming to this pain clinic For many years. Due to a mal- practice accident by Another not involved with this clinic.i have seen several doctors here in new Lenox Andorrans park. I see Dr.Rabi out of all I have seen over the years he is the best . He cares about you . He listen to what you have to say. All doctors should be like him. And for his staff I love them to they are very kind and considerate. Couldn’t ask for any better. One problem I do have is they need a receptionist truely fast.Abushariff is to slow you have to wait to long past your appointments. I hope and pray Dr Rabi and his girls never leave. Thank Dr Rabi and staff your the greatest 5 stars all the time.*************************Good Job."

"If you’re just looking to get pain meds this is NOT the place to go!! However, if you’re truly in pain & it’s chronic this is the BEST of the BEST!! Dr. Abu & his team are remarkable. After a work injury & numerous surgeries Dr. Abu has helped me to have some type of quality of life. Even with continuos surgeries he’s always there for me. It’s good to know I have someone who is there for me & shows compassion. He is in a field all his own. I can’t thank him, his assistant Jessica & the staff enough!"

"Dr rabi is amazing! he actually cares about you. i have a plethora of issues with chronic pain...some being lupus RA scoliosis etc and it's been along time in the making to find a doctor that actually cares about you and doesn't just think of you as a paycheck. I'm so thankful I found him and hope he knows how thankful I am. if you are in need of an excellent pain management doctor come see Dr Rabi. he's super good at injections....gets them spot on every time! thank you!"

"Getting a refill here is like trying to get a 2year old to st still. They have a ridiculous system where it can take 5-7 days to get a refill. The doctors are nice it’s the front desk and management staff that are the problem. I have called 4 times to speak to my doctor and was never called back. They just don’t seem to care. They must think everyone is an addict and is just looking for pills. I’m NOT. I NEED care in a timely fashion. The only reason I stay is because I like my doctor."

"appointment was scheduled a week in advance, arrived 15 min earlier before the appointment in order to fill out all the paperwork. Had been sitting for more than hour and still no doctor. Asked a nurse when will we be seen, all she could say "I do not know". Will see how much longer will have to wait. Really frustrating"
