After reading the reviews and the responses from management I am very skeptical now.. Telling people business on Google is very, very unprofessional and slum lordish… You can not serve a good meal on a trash can top and expect someone to eat it.. Thats how this company is presenting themselves.. Great customer service is key.. Professional development is needed…"

"It's still really early, but I had a very nice experience applying here. I hope to sign a lease soon and be able to move in. UPDATE-I LOVE my unit!!!!!! Nancy is awesome and the corporate staff are very helpful. Maintainence is timely, and they take great care of the property. This is obvious, because I see them working all the time. I feel that I matter here. They report your rent payments via the Zego app, and that helped my credit score go up almost 100 points!"

"I applied to this complex and both of the landlords were extremely rude—she told me to sit down out of the way when I came to the office to give my security deposit. My application was approved, but they raised the amount they were charging half-way through the process. The application said that I would be refunded my security deposit of $275 if I didn’t qualify, but now they are stealing $75 from me from it because I don’t want to do business with them. I haven’t even signed a lease but they said that they cannot refund my deposit even though they decided beforehand to give my apartment to someone else. I already paid a $35 application fee. Terrible people to do business with."

"Camelot is very nice and quiet place to live. My experience here have been a very pleasant experience. Jeff is a very nice owner he listens to all my concerns about my apartment and will do whatever he can do to make it right. And the Manager Clarance is the best he comes out and talk to all the tenants and find out what he can do to make the tenants happy. And Johnny the maintenance man he has a Very nice personality and kind of quiet. And he keeps the property nice and clutter free of litter and he keeps the laundry facility kept nice and neat. Also he does an amazing job fixing whatever needs to fix in your apartment in a timely manner. I Love living here in Camelot Apt."
