"Room was very clean and comfortable. My flight was leaving at 5a and they already had hot coffee and some quick grab breakfast items out at 3:30 for us super early risers. Jerry was working up front, and he was very kind and accommodating. He remembered me the next morning and my flight departure time and let me know when the shuttle would leave next when I arrived in the lobby, which tells me he cares about interacting with the guests and making sure we have a great stay. Excellent at his job!"

"The hotel Staff was super friendly - their Shuttle Drivers were also super friendly & prompt. The rooms & beds were very clean. Their breakfast was top notch. Everything there is to do in St Louis was within 20 driving minutes of the Hotel which worked out fantastically - Would definitely recommend this Hotel to anyone headed there."

"Me and my family stayed here not to long ago and let me just say we will definitely be staying here again. The front desk clerk that worked overnight was amazing and got us in our room quick. I can’t remember her name but I believe it was Tanisha. Huge shout out to her for being a great help with the shuttle and making this trip easy. Very helpful and had an great attitude. I look forward to seeing her at the desk again."

"This hotel is less than a mile from the St. Louis airport. It has a shuttle that is available and a very good BBQ restaurant down the way on the other side of the adjacent hotel (some of the best BBQ you will ever have). The overall hotel is good. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, breakfast was good, almost everything was really good. Diawn in the morning shift was fantastic. She told us about the BBQ restaurant, offered to store our bags and was just a very personable friendly hostess. We enjoyed our short stay. The only complaint would be the front desk worker in the late evenings needs some lessons in customer service (could hardly understand her words and she seemed like she would have rather been somewhere other than there). Also, the shuttle driver didn't move from his seat - no offer to take the bags. He did get us to the airport safely so that was good! We would stay here again if we are ever in the area."
