"I called the office the other day in extreme distress and pain only to be put on hold for ten minutes. I hung up, called back and tried to speak to whatever medical staff there at the time, only to be pushed to the receptionist who could not answer any questions or help in any way. She told me no one was in that day and my only option was to drive to the Oak Lawn office, which is about 15 miles away! It would have been difficult for me to drive to the DG office in the pain I was in...10 mins away. Apparently you can only see the doctor once and she won't see you again not even if there's an issue. I'll be looking for another doctor who is able to see and care for patients."
