"As an incoming immigration attorney myself, I do not recommend this firm. My partner and I hired this firm to work on my partner’s immigration case, based on a co-worker's recommendation. After my partner’s immigration application sat for several months beyond USCIS’s standard processing times, I consulted another immigration law firm. After doing so, I learned that the way Kurczaba Law Office put together my partner’s application was sloppy and that Kurczaba Law gave us incorrect legal information. This other firm sued USCIS on my partner’s behalf (after Kurczaba Law incorrectly told me that this was not possible), and his application was approved immediately. The approval was posted online and mailed to Kurczaba Law Office on August 16th, 2023. The new firm I hired told me about the approval immediately on the 16th. Kurczaba Law Office did not tell me until ten days later. During the two years my partner and I worked with Kurczaba Law, I became increasingly disappointed, concerned, and offended by this firm’s legal work and the way it communicates with clients. Please feel free to contact me if you’d like more information about my experience, or if you’d like recommendations for more professional and reputable immigration law firms. Immigration law is too personal, serious, and complex to risk your time, money, and limited chances on this firm. Edit: While I thank the firm for their response, I respectfully disagree and find much of it untrue. Again, I am willing to provide more detailed context for this review upon request.
