"Such a great experience here in a time that was emotional, hard, and sad. The staff and vet were very professional and gave us all the time we needed, explained the options, timeline, and results of all the tests. They kept us informed when things were taking longer and always made sure we had the information we needed. We ended up having to put our sweet cat down and staff were nothing but amazing during this time. I would come back here again."
"We took our Ellie in because she was coughing late at night, lethargic, and wasn't eating. Our sweet girl received phenomenal care here. Doctor Savage was thorough, knowledgeable, and compassionate. She walked us through everything she was going to do for her, and even stayed late for us through the process of having to put our girl to sleep. Since we had to euthanize her a day before her birthday, they even gave her some birthday cake that they'd had on hand and let us sit with her in the room as long as we wanted. If it were my choice, I would visit this facility for everything from routine checkups to emergencies. The staff was so kind, thorough, and compassionate. We were listened to and taken very seriously. They spared no expense for our lovely girl to the very end, and I have nothing in my heart but gratitude to them for ensuring us that we were doing the right thing for our precious friend. To the entire staff: a big, loving, Texas-sized thank you!"
"Dr. Polley is so kind and is very good at explaining things. The receptionist, tech and other vets are kind and efficient as well. I am so thankful for them for taking care of Riker for his foreign body surgery. I don't know what I would do without the kind and caring staff."
"We had to use this clinic as a emergency on a Sunday as we needed to get our dog seen fast. Our vet advised to get him to the nearest emergency center, and this was the closest place. The level of care we received was outstanding. They took great care of our dog and the cost was fair. The follow up has been amazing. The facility was clean and the staff was professional and caring. the level of care we received"
"This place is a SCAM! I brought my dog in because he ate some of my medication. It had been about 4 hours since he’d eaten it, he had no symptoms and was acting normal but I wanted to be sure. After about 3 hours of waiting in a room by myself listening to my dog barking and howling in the other room, I finally saw the doctor. He informed me that my pup was okay and just had an elevated heart rate but wanted to keep him overnight because it was very high. I explained to them that his heart rate was high because he was terrified, If they’d let him wait with me he would calm down enough to give an accurate reading. They refused to let me see him and didn’t even want to tell me what his heart rate was but I insisted. I got a feeling that they were trying to take advantage of me. So after the doctor left the room I googled what my dogs normal heart rate should be and it was hardly high enough to keep him overnight! They tried to charge me almost 3k to keep my pup overnight for observation only, no treatment, no medication. I refused because I’m a college student and I never have more than 1k in my bank account. They ended up making me sign an AMA to get my dog back. He was completely fine and grateful to be out of there. I will not be going back. Also, there was another man there at the time going through the same thing as me except they had already performed the services on his pup and were forcing him to pay the outrageous bill upfront even though he didn’t have it and threatened to make him surrender his pet. Just TERRIBLE."
