"True care and compassion from all my staff there. 2 Dr. s my dentist and my primary care Physician! That is above and beyond! And all their supporting staff that work hard to do get things done in their concern, also for their clients! I do have to say though that there is a problem sometime getting communications through, that would be at administrative level. Staffing for communications so they can be handled in a timely manner and directly to appropriate location. Love you guys! Mean that!"

"Terrible. I had been trying to contact my doctor for months, after she had moved from her own place and in to Pillar Health. After going through all of the automated prompts, I was told “ sorry I can’t answer your call right now” I finally decided to just go in to get the paperwork I needed and ask my prescription questions. When I gave the girl my name and told her what I needed, she informed me that I am not a patient there. Confused, i asked why. She repeated herself. I left. I have an appointment already with a new doctor. This doctor had been my doctor for years. When she told me that she was moving, she also told me that she would still be accepting my insurance. That was very unprofessional and I was very disappointed. I would give zero stars but had to give one in order to leave a review."

"office On 4006 Washington road. Horrible experience this morning… (they didn’t open yet). I was called yesterday and told to check in at 06:30. I get there and they don’t open until 07:00. To top tbat all off I was called (15 min before my time to be seen) and the representative said we have to cancel the appointment because the dr can’t see you alone for safety reasons. She tried to schedule me out all the way until June, wait what. So not only did I get here early like I was told to, you cancel my appointment then want to schedule it a month out. It don’t make sense.. I also drive over and over to get to this appointment and called into work later. Crystal was trying to be accommodating but still couldn’t see me in the am. She said sorry for the inconvenience I will get you in later today if you’re available( which I am) but I have to call in later at my other job. Stuff like this happens all the time and it needs to be addressed"
