"This was my first visit to the walk-in clinic. Everything from registration, check-in, medical care, and after-visit printout were exceptional. I am 50 years old and have never had a better medical experience, anywhere. My acute care visit on 2/3/2024 set a new bar of expectation when it comes to medical visits. "I normally go to Walgreens for urgent care, but they were already closed. I went to the facility at the 6840 Main because I have been there before for various lab work and knew they had an urgent care, and they always seem to get through people very quickly. I was the only person in the waiting room around 5:30PM, and I was taken back immediately. I only had to wait maybe two or three minutes in the actual exam room before seeing somebody. Everyone was very nice. I have a history of sinus infections, so I know the signs. They listened to me and did a quick exam to confirm, then prescribed me antibiotics. I will be back to this urgent care for future needs, though hopefully not for a long time!"

"This facility is ridiculous. I was scheduled for a mammogram appointment on a Saturday. I walked in on time at my appointment and was standing in line for about three minutes. When I finally get called the imaging technician tells me I’m late and can’t be seen. I tell her I was on time but was standing in your line for three minutes because you only have one receptionist. She then proceeds to tell me that I technically should have been there 15 minutes early because she has a patient every twenty minutes. The one star is because she did offer an alternative of waiting around to see if she could fit me in. I told her when I scheduled no one said I had to be here 15 minutes prior. Not very happy especially this being my first mammogram and I’m already nervous. Next time I’ll go to the hospital to have it done. Much more nice."

"Dave the nurse was very patient and helpful, very friendly and personable with my child. I would want Dave as my nurse any day. Also the receptionist checking us in was quite helpful and kind. I love that she validated my child's gender identity confirming Pronouns and name over dead name. It is a relief to get gender affirming care even while in for a virus."
