"Very unfriendly place. I scheduled my appointment a month ahead and two weeks later got jury duty initiation that was the same day as my appointment. I called in asking to get a some kind of notification or confirmation of my appointment in writing to help me postpone jury duty. They talked to Dr. Miller and he said "he is not comfortable" providing anything to show that i have an appointment so i just cancel it. That was unfortunate since I was traveling to Europe the following week and really wanted to get some help for my breathing issues. I explained that when i called in but they did not care, I will not be going there for sure."

"Dr. Miller was awesome, but I need to give this rating because their billing department has been a terrible experience. I tried to pay a bill via mail, and they sent me back a note saying “payment not allowed.” I have been trying to reach them for two weeks to talk to someone and have left two messages. I’m trying to figure out why my payment was not accepted and if I can pay over the phone. Extremely frustrating to say the least. I’m trying to pay my bill but am unable to."

"I've been going here for a little over a year to get allergy shots. I go every week currently. Everyone in the office is very nice. The nurses are kind and getting shots with them is not awful. Both doctors in the office are kind and good at what they do. I have no complaints and highly recommend this place if you are looking for a doctor to handle your allergy needs!"

"Dr Miller is wonderful and has helped both my kids. Very difficult to connect with the office. Just rings and rings and rings, for both office numbers. Incredibly infuriating, especially when staff is not nice."

"I have seen Dr. Sonin for 3 years and really like him as a doctor. However, his office staff are incredibly rude and unprofessional. During a last minute business trip to California, I accidentally forgot my medicine at home. After calling the office to ask if Dr. Sonin could call in a 1 week supply to a pharmacy in the area, the receptionist said he would, but huffed and puffed when the pharmacy did not receive the e-prescribed medication. Once confirming receipt with the pharmacy, the receptionist loudly sighed and hung up on me - no goodbye, nothing. This is unacceptable and I will be finding a new allergist because of the rude staff."
