"I have been going to this place for the last 2 years for both of my pregnancies I’ve had. With my first this was around before covid, the service was excellent. I am going to be honest, the quality and care has gone downhill as I attend my 2nd pregnancy prenatal appointments in 2023. I don’t know if the management has changed or what, but I am extremely disappointed with the amount of time I have to wait to either get an ultrasound done or to see a OBGYN at my scheduled time. When my appointment is at 10:30 with the doctor, I am being taken at 11:15? When my ultrasound is at 10, I am being taken at 10:40…. Is this a joke? They never seem to be busy when I walk in, the reps are either always talking or whatever it is, so I don’t know exactly where the doctors and people are at to provide me with the care I need during that time. It’s hardly me or 1-2 patients every time I walk in the office. It is frustrating to me as I’m 30 weeks pregnant, can’t sit long enough in a chair. This has happened to me about 1 or 2 times now, but I think at some point I will have to change the doctor and office because this is absolutely not right and unfair."
