"Dr. Gatlin is always a pleasure, very attentive and approachable. However the ultrasound tech that performed my ultrasound rushed instructions, barely introduced herself and was not professional in her demeanor whatsoever. Despite me telling her this was my first time getting an ultrasound, no effort was made to ease discomfort or anxiety. Please give your medical assistant and ultrasound staff a course on bedside manner. Your patient should not feel burdened or rushed at any point during their appointment."
