"I took a friend and sat in the waiting room for forty-five minutes and in those forty-five minutes, I was able to observe the professionalism. No one knows what they are doing, but what blew my mind was the phlebotomist who was on her cell phone the entire time. How can a place of business allow such a violation of patients' rights? She called the patients in and verified personal information and never got off her cell phone. I mentioned this to a patient who was sitting next to me and he said she has done it ever since he has been going to the clinic. As I said I had forty-five minutes to observe, the facility was so dirty, and the phlebotomist and Dr. wouldn't change gloves in between patients, I found that very unethical especially with COVID. I went to the restroom and there was no toilet paper, I went to ask for some and they said they didn't have any it was on backorder. I will be reporting this facility to the Better Business Bureau and Health Department. I got the feeling of an underground and illegal facility, something shady was going on there. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT NO ONE GO THIS PLACE. Then I read the other reviews and was mind blown by the unprofessionalism response that the physician on staff commented on the bad review. I wish I didn't have to give them one star to post my comment."
