"Brought my son in, dog bite to the face. The treating physician was open and honest, albeit seemingly as inexperienced as they come. Although I'd prefer someone with many years under their belt, I can't fault someone for being fresh out of school because every physician or doctor has to start somewhere. The overall experience was a professional one and here we are, a month later, no complications."

"My company uses them for drug screens and I there is no rhyme or reason as to when we get results. I often have to call to get them because they are slow and even after they give me a verbal result, it still takes 2-3 days to get the paperwork. Today I called on 2 results and was a plethora of reasons why it was delayed and then told that they can't give me results over the phone, only a nurse can. But if I can wait until tomorrow, the person I was on the phone with who couldn't verbally give the results to me, would fax them to me (where anyone at our fax machine could see them). I went here after a work injury in September 2017 and my heart rate was low, the nurse checked it again but did not document it. When I went in for my recheck 2 days later, that nurse alerted the doctor, who the sent me to the ER. No one could explain to me why the same heart rate was ok 2 days prior, but now I had to go to the ER. Bedside manner is lackluster and the staff is not very good at their jobs."

"I went there months ago. Never thought to give a review. I was on chemo, and had a horrible sore throat & laryngitis. This was a Sunday so I didn't want to sit in an ER due to germs. Immune system was low. The girl at the desk was very pleasant. Doctor Susan Jacob was caring and very nice. Wait time was minimal. I would recommend her."

"I went there with my two kids and myself. I'm very happy with staff and doctors. Everyone were nice and professional. I never waited longer than 20 minutes. If your doctor is out of town or you get sick later at night or your kids need help and you don't want to go to an emergency room I highly recommend this place to you."
