"Today, 3/1 I had a follow-up appointment with my PCP, M.JAVED and her behavior at the end of my appointment lacked Professionalism; as she got loud with me; and was very ignorant and rude by walking out while I expressed my concern of a low blood count test reading from Jan. 2024 and requested an explanation concerning the reading. She stated that I took up too much of her time discussing another concern and that I should make another appointment. Dr. M. Javed then took the occasion to bring up my Google review of their service and she vehemently expressed her dislike of my google review given in Feb. 2024. I stated that I have a right to discuss my experience and she stated that she felt disrespected...walked out, went to her office and slammed her door. I had to ask her assistant Sheena where was the exit...as she left out behind M. Javed!! I feel that this behavior is Unacceptable. M. Javed could use a training course in Code of ETHICS and Anti-Discriminatory practices. After today, I will Not deal with her or refer anyone to Her. The facility is nice; but the service with M. JAVED and her assistants SUCK... VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Bad doctor. PERIOD."

"Dr. Rahhall is the only reason I go back. The rest of the staff is clueless. No one knows anything and they’ll pass you off to the next and to the next. I’m currently on day 4 of waiting for them to approve a prescription. I called and they said “we’re so sorry. It can take up to 72 hours” that’d be great if it already wasn’t passed that?? The lady I talked to most recently was rude and basically resulted to repeating “is there anything else I can help you with”. If I asked anything about my prescription she didn’t answer the question. Then hung up. Ive waited 2 weeks in the past for just an approval for a refill. Luckily I don’t need my prescription to survive."

"As I'm typing this I'm currently here at the facility so I'd like to display current info and my feelings on the place. I was definitely set back by the negative reviews, but to my surprise, it was totally the opposite. Staff was incredibly polite and I came to meet with Dr. Javed who was a joy to be around. She addressed my concerns and was very informative and gave me assistance with lab work and basically put all my worries to rest. TL:DR Cool people. Cool doctor. 10/10 staff and facility. Would recommend"

"This facility is absolutely amazing. I spoke to the front desk receptionist her name is Ashley she was so helpful. She make sure all of my questions were answered I recommend Doctor Rahal he is fantastic."
