"I have gone to this facility since I was first beginning BC in high school. The ONLY good experience with a dr was Liz & sadly she left the office I went to, or at least I was told that. I am in college & they never called me or notified me I was due for a pap to renew my prescription. The lady’s at the phone are plain RUDE. After explaining to her it is difficult to travel home on a weekday she refused to help me & would only give me 1 pack. (My insurance only covers 3 months at a time for free, so I had to pay $15 for ONE pack). I began going to a new dr & told her my experience & she flat out said to never return here. Personally, they need new desk staff ASAP! For working for a women's clinic center, you don’t seem very friendly or for women! I tell everyone not to go here. Only 2 stars for Liz who was absolutely AMAZING."

"Very clean staff helps with anything you need. I've had the same OB/GYN since I've started going to them and haven't change since then. All labs and testing are done properly and it's a really comfortable place to be :)"

"My experience very bad! !! Crazy I call yesterday make first time appointment and them told me take my Meridian health plan, then i woken and file hall paper work them told me not take my health plan! I LOST MY TIME SPENT FOR NOTHING! !! SO AN PROFESSIONAL!"

"I have no complaints with this office. They have always been able to accomidate my needs. The receptionist are always kind, and understanding, the physicains are amazing. There has only been one instance were I had gotten discourage with the staff, but the matter was fixed very quickly. Just like anyother business there are very minor mistakes or something minor missed. I would recomend this office."
