Reviews
"The Dr was great! Addressed the problem and was understanding!"
"Called number listed for the clinic, got Advocate appointment center, person who answered had no answers and put me on hold, then dropped the call"
"Do NOT visit this clinic. I went for a step throat test. I asked how much the visit would cost and verified that they were in-network per my health insurance. They were in-network, and I was told the test would be around $43, which it was. When the bill came, they also charged me a $286 "New Patient" fee. The entire visit took about 15 minutes, and I entered all of my patient information into their system myself. I was shocked to see that they added a $286 new patient charge to my bill."
"Online and in store it says it's open until 7. I get there at 430, and they say they aren't taking any new patients even though there was already one person in line."
"Never, ever ever ever go to this clinic. The staff doesn't care about your well being. They are in a hurry to leave at 6 pm while the clinic closes at 7 pm. I was very sick when I walked in at 6:05 pm. Also, I had called beforehand and mentioned to them that I will be there by 6 pm - 6:10 pm. Once I reached I was told they can't see me because they were closed for the day. In addition to that they didn't guide me for any OTC medication as well. Sorry state of our medical crisis. The Hispanic nurse at the counter was exceptionally rude and didn't care about my ailment. Disgusting. It's a digrace to the profession. The HQ was closed when I called them for a complaint. Surprisingly, they are open 24 hours to take payments from their clients. Today, I am extremely sick and have to run to ER for treatment. Very very disappointing."
