"All three of our daughters have gone here since they were born, and we absolutely love it! Our go-to doctor is Dr Elizabeth Michaels, but we have also scheduled with other doctors in the practice. All the doctors have different personalities and are very knowledgeable and kind. You can schedule through the app, very easy to use, or call to make an appointment. Highly recommend."
"Had appointment scheduled for 1pm. Got the text confirmation and everything. Office calls at 9:40am to tell us we’re late to our 9:30 appointment, and to hurry in. Drop everything and rush there, only to have them cancel the appointment as we walk in. Literally not one patient in the waiting room and Dr. David Saltzman refused to see us. Unprofessional and inconsiderate. Do better."
"Owfull practice. You have to wait for a doctor to show up on a room 30-40 minutes. Or they are calling to reschedule your appointment, and when you come to this appointment, it turns out that there is no appointment scheduled for you. And they send you home, saying nothing they can help me with. Don't waste your time on this mess."
"Doctors Minster and Nelson, Medical service providers who treat infants should probably practice some empathy and professionalism. New parents lack experience and when their premature 6 week old seems to be struggling to breathe, they shouldn’t be told they’re overreacting. I would recommend consoling the patient and offering a course of action, even if it’s 10 after 5pm. Then to follow-up with the patient to further belittle them seems to be borderline malicious (considering one’s Hippocratic oath and all). I hope you consider the impact of actions and provide for future patients, rather than add trauma to a stressful situation."
"I am extremely disappointed by this doctor and his office. I am a first time parent, with a daughter that was prematurely born and had to spend a month in the NICU (she is 6 weeks old). One night, my daughter had difficulty breathing, we had to perform the Heimlich maneuver for several minutes. After our daughter recovered, we panicked and ran to the doctors office (this being our first ever, frightening parent event). Since it was after 5pm, Dr. Margret Nelson and her staff met us with contempt and hostility. The next day, Dr. Riley Minster berated me saying our behavior was belligerent (he wasn't even there that night). After everything we have been through with our daughter, I am not sure that any parent can be behave can behave 'properly' in this situation. As a pediatricians office, I don't think its too much for a little bit compassion and understanding from our doctor and his staff."
