"Great doctors and caring nurses during pregnancy. Really felt comfortable and cared for my entire pregnancy. Each doctor is a bit different personality and bedside manner wise, and I appreciated all of them in their own way. Regardless, each doctor was experienced, transparent and trustworthy and that’s what matters most. You can tell they collaborate and talk amongst each other so it’s like you have a whole team of experts to support which is wonderful. Nurses super nice and personable. Would recommend this practice to anyone looking for an OB/GYN!"

"Dr. Crandall and Dr. Meyer are incredibly skilled and compassionate physicians and I feel extremely lucky to have been under their care for my C-section. Office staff was extremely warm and accommodating throughout my entire pregnancy. As someone generally prone to complaining, I can honestly say I couldn't be in better hands here."

"Horrible bedside manner everyone there is very cold from receptionist to ultrasound tech to doctor..I was upset because my dating was not matching with my ultrasound and was fearful that something was wrong..no I’m sorry or even a tissue while I was crying..pretty much it is what it is..dismissive. My last miscarriage scare I was given a rhogam shot right away just to be safe..nothing. I was told the bleeding was coming from somewhere else I know it was not..The first appointment we didn’t even know it was over and not very many questions were asked like my previous pregnancy..I only went here because they accepted my insurance and my other doctor was not at the time. Thank god she is now. Ultrasound tech and the receptionist were super cold even when I went to go sign the form to release information to my new doctor. Reviews do not lie! Run!"

"If I could give you zero stars I would. What a disgusting place that I came across too!! This place was exempting new patients because they are a private practice (never knew that) so I was having a good experience until they came to me with a bill of $900 dollars I called so I could get a better understanding of where this is coming from and they basically told me it’s a fee we are charging your insurance and they could not cover this fee so this needs to get paid from you out of pocket I asked why was this fee being charged and were is it coming from the person I spoke with did not care enough to explain because I was asking too many questions there fire she said this is what we charged and we don’t have any other options sorry… just simply said okay please cancel my appointments if you guys aren’t going to provide any type of explanation to begin with not help.. fast forward a week I asked them if they could email my pregnancy papers to this new place I will start going too. The person I spoke too the 2nd time asked me why did I cancel and I explained all of the above and she apologized and said that’s not what we are trying to do we do have options we’re we can work together… she explained everything so in-depth and took the time to explain which I appreciate she had the patience to do so her name I do remember Ivón she was amazing for being so patient and understanding! I was finally understanding what those $900 came from and I figured out then that they are a private practice and she also told me ALL the options they have to work with me I asked can I get back in to schedule with you guys she said she would speak with the manager and that took place 7/19/23 I called today 7/20/23 for feed back and was declined because they can no reopen my account.. so I asked why? And the woman I spoke with did not explain why in details very lazy to do so and basically said you are denied… I was left in shook because I had spoke with Ivón and she realized that I misunderstood the situation.. so I proceeded to say are you guys not taking me back because of the insurance?? Because I have great insurance lol she said no it’s not it’s that we canceled your account and we can not reopen which makes absolutely no sense at all so they basically denied me for no solid reason!! Thank god I do have another place I can go to because everywhere else I called within my area are not accepting new patients so in words I would have been F$cked if I hadn’t found someone!! So thank you for supporting women in the best high quality possibly you guys could offer will never recommend you and will never even discuss your name to other women out there !!!! How discussed I am to know I was ever part of your office!!"

"Unless you are pregnant or planning to get pregnant, do not go here. Notice how all 5 star reviews are from pregnant women. I called to ask if I was due for a check up, and was hoping to come in sooner than my yearly to get retested just to be safe. The response I got was no, you are not due and we will give you 3 months refill. Thats it. Very cold. Felt like they were annoyed I even called them and did not want to deal with me. I will be looking for a new women's physician. Guaranteed they will comment on this and say this never happened or defend themselves using some law. Good for them. Please treat women of ALL kinds with more respect. My doctor (I believe Dr. Kilgore) was very nice, but the receptionists I have dealt with have always been short, rude, and cold. I have been going here for years and have never really felt compassion from them."
