"New patients listen to the reviews! Take the warning and the hint, I didn’t before so here I am warning everyone. I recently moved to the area and found out that I was pregnant so I want to chose a hospital near by. Being on the same street, two minutes away from this place, I ignore the review before me about this “hospital, thinking that how bad could it be. I had an appointment today at 12:30. I walked into the correct building at 12:32 and speaking to the front desk older lady, and at 12:33 I was inform that I need a physical copy of my ID to see the doctors as she was about to hand me some form to sign and fill out. Being young and ignorant, I told her that I can fill out the fill form as my husband quickly go home to get my ID, and I have pictures of my id if I need to fill out the form with it and my home is two mintues away, down the street. She said that I’m already 3 minutes into the 7 minutes grace period and that she would have to reschedule the appointment. By the time my husband comes back, the rest of the grace period would have already passed. She said that we can reschedule and I laughed and left because no matter how close the place so called “hospital” is to our house, I will never come back to this place again. Also the other reviews are correct about the confusing parking lot and building entrance, please check out the space pior and get to your appointment 30 mintues before every time in case some curved ball comes at you. New patients, don’t expect them to call you to confirm your appointment or to let you know what you need to bring, just stop by to ask before your appointment if you have to go. Also don’t be honest, this place is no place for honesty and sincerity, if something happen, just say you need to get medication from your car or that you need to use the bathroom because my law that must happen. Your there to see the doctor and they are they to make money, so don't expect kindness from them."
"Failed to give the least amount of concern when it comes to new mother patients. New mother was running late and front end staff didn't care just canceled her appt and her next one. Said they would call back with a new appt... never did And then no appts for 2+ weeks if this is the standard of care to expect then God help us ."
"This place is so ridiculous. This is my FIRST time coming here for an OBGYN and the people were absolutely unbelievable. I was trying to get to my gyno appointment and got there at 10:11AM. I went to the wrong building at first, because this was my FIRST time getting there. As soon as I rushed in, the front desk lady said they have a TEN MINUTE RULE. I WAS ONE MINUTE LATE. I drove more than half an hour out in rain with traffic just for these people to tell me they can’t take my appointment because I was over the ten minutes. I should’ve read the reviews of this place beforehand, because clearly this place is a joke."
"5 Stars for Dr. Maria Quejada. She's wonderful, kind, caring, understanding and very professional. She's been treating my mom's terminal cancer for over 2 years. Couldn't ask for a better Oncologist. Kim Rohan and Jen are also wonderful. I thank all 3 of them for everything they've done for my mom. One star is for some select nurses that administer the treatment. I used to go back and sit with my mother during her treatment until covid hit. Now they are allowing people back again but I have recently had my leg amputated and am in a wheelchair. Even though I can get around in my wheelchair on my own with no help, they will not allow me to sit with my mom during her treatment. They said that I am no help to her. I'm not a doctor or a nurse. I didn't think I was there to help them do their job, isn't that what they're paid to do? I go with my mom to drive her to her appointments since she can't drive and to support her through her terminal cancer. This is clearly a case of discrimination against the handicapped. I've never had a problem with anyone at Edwards until recently and I'm very disappointed with the way I've been treated lately."
"If I could give no star I would. I do not like going to doctors appointments as it is but found an amazing doctor with this group. Unfortunately my doctor left this group so I decided to see the replacement doctor, Monica Martens. First appointment went well but an appointment 3 months later was horrible. I had an early morning appointment, probably the second or third of the day. Monica was at least 15-20 minutes late for my appointment and stated several times during my appointment that she couldn’t discuss all my concerns because she only had 15 minutes to see me yet she decided to prescribe a medication even without full knowledge. She was definitely not professional during this time and kept looking at the time. The staff is great but I’ll never go back to see this doctor."
