"Nice and professional workers. But very high prices, $400 for a basic pair of children's glasses, not including transitions or bluelight. They also did not assist when I called to attempt a refund. I called before the glasses orders were sent to the lab, and the staff told me they will put the order on hold to initiate the refund. But when I called a day later to check, they told me they just sent off the order to the lab despite their assurance the day before."
