I started therapy for a knee replacement and after 3 months had a double hip replacement, too. After a year of constant pain and needing a walker to move around, I can walk comfortably now, climb steps with no problem, do all household-type chores, shop and play with the grandkids. I never thought those common activities would be possible again!
