"I really really really love Dr. A. She is an amazing psych who is so sweet and willing to help with anything. She’s well spoken and has a good heart. If you can get past the other women in the office not being the same, then I’m sure you’ll have a lovely experience. I had once spoken to Rita and she was very helpful and able to answer my questions with grace and respect. I feel very disrespected and no one was willing to help me except these two people. I had called today twice before my appointment with no one picking up and got yelled at that “it wasn’t shown on the system”. Which I don’t believe due to her following actions. I wasn’t treated very kindly. I embarrassingly broke down crying and continued not to receive help and was yelled at some more. And now I’m going to be charged $150 for literally not being helped. I really do hope people in this profession learn to be helpful to others, as that is what they’re being paid to do… I’m stuck finding another doctor. I am heart broken."
