"On the first day, the Sensi's challenged my kids to 1)Smile 2)Have fun 3)make mistakes. My kids did all 3. They were unsure at first but the Sensi's are very kid friendly. They do a great job of making the class fun but when kids start to lose focus, they are amazing at redirecting. They are fun but build respect and discipline. They've helped my children gain confidence, find their voice, and learn its ok to make mistakes. My kids participate in the kids Karate while my wife and I participate in the adult kickboxing class.
