Creative World School - Georgetown

"Everyone is so friendly. My daughter loves and enjoys daycare. I love how they really utilize their app. I like how they keep you posted throughout the day and send pictures of our daughter to us involved in the activities. Yes, daycare can be costly but you get what you pay for and they are very informative. I also enjoy that they provide meals and snacks."

"We love Creative World for our son. He loves his teachers and classmates, the staff is excellent and the facility is great! We love that the curriculum involves the children in choosing what topics or subjects they learn about."

"My sons attended here for a year (since they opened). We left due to moving out of the area. Thought it'd be useful to provide some feedback. Positive: it's very clean, they definitely prioritize hygiene practices, brand new, lots of windows, pretty artwork on the walls, structured environment, cool extracurricular opportunities available to sign your kid up for (at an added cost), good meals, makes sure your kids are drinking water throughout the day, cool app that most teachers are good at updating and adding pics, and they prioritize learning and it shows in your kids' development/knowledge/skills. Constructive: very high turn over, I think maybe 2-4 employees have been there for a year, no announcement or introduction to new teachers or directors, I had one new teacher introduce themselves of all the new teachers that came and went throughout the year. Ms. Julia, the assistant director, is very nice, has been there since opening. Ms. Lisa, regional director, also very nice, very interactive, always says good morning and speaks to the kids but as the regional director she is not always there. As far as directors of the facility go, there's been 3 over the past year I believe and this newest one, parents didn't receive any notification or introduction through the app or in person. My sons had 4 different teachers I really liked, all either quit abruptly or without leadership notifying parents, I just walked in to a new teacher, my son would be suddenly in a different class, or I'd find out from other teachers that they left. Much of the time teachers appear stressed out, they don't seem to have a work culture they enjoy evidenced by how often employees leave. There were several instances when my sons would come home with various marks, minor injuries, and no communication was provided...not "I noticed this but I'm not sure what happened" or anything. Generally speaking there appears to be a gap in communication between teachers and leadership as well as between teachers/leadership and parents whether that be regarding any incidents that occurred that day, new teachers, new directors, etc. Overall 3 out of 5 stars. If they can somehow improve the workplace culture for employees (which would improve communication, relationships between all parties, and the overall energy of the staff) and be on top of notifying families when changes are happening and when incidents occur, this could easily be a 5/5 star daycare."

"Creative World is a great daycare. The teachers and staff are great, they are very pleasant and welcoming. The teachers are cheerful and engaged with all of the children. Our son is always looking forward to going the next day. They also have a great lunch and snack menu. I’m a very protective parent and this daycare gets 2 thumbs up. Overall we are so thankful for this school."

"The teachers and staff have been wonderful and caring! Despite being a newer school, they coordinate well the care for the kids, and the school gives the feel of a large family. Classes and activities are engaging, fun, and thoughtful. The large exploratorium space is a great idea for the kids. Also, we really appreciate that meals and snacks are all provided, the menu is transparent, and our child is always eating well. Finally, we felt the price to be very affordable."
