"Possibly the worst experience with health care I have ever encountered is anytime I do anything here. I was given a prescription, when it was time for a refill they stated they wouldn't put in a refill despite it being where I went to to get it. Was told I would have to meet with someone different to get it. I asked if I still had my appointment and a Jennifer hung up the phone rudely before answering. I would rather die of whatever illness I have than deal with these people again."

"I absolutely love this location. Everyone there is very nice. I absolutely love Dr. Thiness. She's very thorough, listens, and never makes me feel rushed. I really like her nurse Melissa also. I love the later hours too."

"The pharmacists are snappy, they never actually have any medicine that you need and if they do they have one of the longest wait times I’ve ever experienced. They’re also usually understaffed. As if that wasn’t bad enough they have medical items that are 2-3 times the cost to get then it would be elsewhere."
