"As an owner of 1st Choice Fyzical Therapy and Balance Centers I was very concerned to see the reviews by Michael Etman, Cassandra DeSmet and Vera Atkinson which were all in the same week. After investigating this, none of these 3 people have ever been patients or customers of our business. They are all affiliated with the tanning place next store to our business. Their negative comments towards our valued employee was retaliation for our employee asking them if they could turn down the music. They were playing it so loud it was interfering with conversations between our Therapist and patients. We had to ask several times and eventually had to ask the landlord to intervene. Their response was to place these one star reviews on a business where they have never been a patron. Unfortunately there was not a way to respond directly to their reviews so I had to create this review to have the truth known. Please note that the people who have actually been customers have all given 5 star ratings."

After a complete knee replacement surgery, Dr. Amy in a short period of time was able to rebuild my leg muscles, restore my agility, and give me a complete range of motion. My visits to 1st Choice were never rushed, always supervised, and the exercises were exactly what was required to accomplish complete knee restoration.
