"Called to make appt. I was told to come right in, no waiting. I go immediately and machine said no appointment available!. Ask Person in the office, she said Nope, not taking any appointments today. Wont go there again"

"My wife needed to be seen today so she can in and it was about an hour wait. That all well and good, if they’re busy. Instead of doing their job and seeing people in need, these two NP’s sat there in the treatment room gabbing with one another - with the door wide open. Maybe one was in training..? Regardless... at least give the appearance that you’re not ignoring people and just being lazy. Very poor optics."

"Terrible experience. Had an 11 am appt, got there at 10:35 just to be safe, signed in and it said I had about a 25 min wait. 11:30 came around, nothing still.. hadnt seen anyone come in or out of the clinic. Decided to be patient and wait it out a bit more. 11:50 came around, still nothing. There was a lady that had been waiting even longer than I and we finally had to ask the manager for Walgreens for assistance to figure out what was going since there was about 5 of us waiting around. Finally come to find out the PRN never showed up and no one knew nothing. I am totally understanding if something happened but advocate should have relayed it some how so this wasnt such a mess. Over 2 hours wasted to find out they weren't even in the building. No emails informing us or anything. Not a good first experience coming to this location and wont be returning ."

"Well, to start, I had a really hard time getting in touch with a human to talk to. I called the pharmacy which is literally a few steps away and they couldn't bother to tell me the clinics hours. They put me through the almighty automated phone system and after option after option after option and 9 minutes I finally spoke with someone. I was told they were open from 9AM to 7PM. I got there at 1:45 and it was closed. The sign said they would return at 2. I waited until 2:15 and no one came. I left and won't be back"

"This is what modern medicine has come to. Just waited 45 minutes, as the sign in machine prompted me to wait until the nurse practitioner came in the waiting room. This is the second time this week I’ve waited and was never talked to.... I then waited by the door until a tech asked what my appointment name was under and they couldn’t find me?!?! Very confused, aren’t you supposed to go, sign in and wait to be helped? I didn’t realize this PRN takes the place of a primary care physician and has online appointments. this defeats the purpose of minute clinic? If you are sick, come wait like the urgent care? This is the last time I will wait to be treated at Walgreens, I’d rather drive to my primary care 45 minutes away. No accounting for people’s time at all!"
