"I walked from the waiting room to the front desk and they called my daughter after waiting an hour. She asked for them to wait one minute and said no they can’t and moved on to the next two patients. The nurse was extremely abrupt and rude. We continued to wait 45 more minutes. I will never be back to this location. DO NOT GO HERE!"
"Walked in to immediate care, to be ignored by some old Karen who just walks by us. Then when she is to forced to do her job. As Karen checks us in she is extremely rude and condescending for no reason. I’m in there because I need some sort of medical help, but she really don’t care. She was just upset she had to do her job on Christmas Eve. The worst facility I’ve been to, and I would avoid coming here."
"The staff up front are extremely rude and difficult to communicate with. When you go to an immediate care looking for help the last thing you need is some grumpy Karen at the desk to raise your blood pressure. They are rude over the phone and also rude in person. Completely non helpful. This isn't even my first negative review of this facility. Northwestern medicine Huntley is absolute garbage."
"Gotta love the 3 hour wait with all the great company in the emergency room for a sick infant. Capitalized health care is really something! Update: we just had to leave, another hour in a nicer looking waiting room. They still hadn’t done ANYTHING for us by the time we left. Illinois healthcare has some serious issues."
