"We really like it here. Got in quick, and process was simple. Hunter and Lucy in the office always get back to us if we have a question, concern. Cody and Fred, the maintenance guys are extremely nice, and have fixed anything we've had an issue with in a timely manner. Pretty quiet here as well."

"Great place to live. Was able to get approved and moved in in about 2 days or so. Management was very helpful explaining everything and what they have to offer. Was more than happy to show me my home and answered any questions I had. As I was moving in, maintenance was here right away replacing blinds that were broken and didn't get a chance to fix. I also got a phone call, saying I was getting a new front door as well. AND THEY DIDNT CHEAP OUT EITHER. Got the phone call Saturday, and Monday I now have a new front door. As you are renting, they come out every 3 months or so to replace your furnace filters and check for leaks and what not. Very happy with this park, as well as Yes Community. If you're looking for a great place to live that's quiet, clean, safe, and people that actually carecare, look no further."

"I never thought I would give Falcon Farms a 5 star. We have a nrw manager who has stepped up and is taking care of a shower tub issue we have had for 4 years. I told her what was going on she had a contractor to my home within a week. The whole tub and plumbing was ordered right then and there. It is such a relief to have a great manager here .Maintance comes when you call and he is very nice. Also thank you Lucy for answering the phone every time I called. We have a good team leader and I hope we can keep Lucy and Fred here with us. Its a great place to live. Quiet, pretty, mature trees and 5 min. And you are at the store in Iowa or Illinois. "Avoid if possible. Lease you a trailer, offer a rent to own option, we declined. Our lease was up and never had a issue until then. With no explanation or warning we was unable to renew our lease. 3 weeks before Xmas and out lease was up January 31. Heartless"
