"Office help is wonderful, but Baitman is only concerned on what he can sell you. I gave it a fair shot and he finally broke me when I was not on board to have the eardrum removed by a surgeon. Well. I changed vets and what a difference in 12 hours...they also did culture and found three different infections going on...my dog is happy again, skin allergies are all gone and ear infections are cleared up...do yourself and your pet a favor and shop around"
