Stay away from this doctor who seems to have too much of an attitude"

"I had my daughter's first appointment scheduled this morning and this office calls me at the last minute to tell me they don't treat certain conditions, which is fine, but I scheduled the appointment last week. My daughter missed a day of school for no reason. Then they tried to lie and say that they've been calling me since last week but there's not one missed called or voicemail on my phone except from this morning. And the voicemail they left this morning clearly says that they just realized it this morning smh. Very unprofessional to lie and make it seem like my fault when I have proof that it was the offices fault."

"To save you time, if you want a caring doctor who will listen to any of your parental concerns...choose a different one. On our first appointment with her and our newborn, I figured maybe she just had a bad day and that may be why she had an attitude and would respond rudely to some questions. Decided to give it a chance and go to a couple more visits where she acted the same, if not worse. She completely ignored most things that I mentioned about the baby acting as if my worries are stupid since she knows all. To sum it up, she is just rude, condescending, and has an attitude that I do not care to deal with any longer. Definitely switching to a different pediatrician. Surprised she has this many decent reviews to be honest. Her degree does not make her any bit more superior than anyone else, hopefully she will realize this one day and lose the attitude."
