"Janet was good and very professional explaining every step of the way. No rushing through the session and making me not only feel better with trigger point therapy but offering suggestions and stretches I could do on my own that would help those problem areas of mine. I received a Groupon gift for this service and would highly recommend it for others."
"Janet is a great trigger point threapist. She listens to your concerns and works with you to relief your pain. She is very thorough and i highly recommend her for both acute and chronic pain issues."
"I purchased a Groupon for my wife. Initially I provided 1 star because my wife was unable to get in contact to make an appointment for a a few weeks. This is something several other reviews (across different platforms) have pointed out over the years. Eventually my wife was able to contact someone and made an appointment. Unfortunately my wife had to reschedule that appointment last minute due to a work emergency. This time she was in contact with someone, they completely understood the situation and happily rescheduled her appointment with no issue. When she arrived for her appointment, Janet was more than welcoming. My wife said it was one of the best experiences she had and came home feeling much needed relief (and more understanding) of pain she has had for years. Janet provided her with plenty of tips and information on possible exercises to help her pain going forward. Being a Groupon you know the company is losing money (many have gone bankrupt from these promotions) so you expect a somewhat forceful or manipulative sales pitch or a maybe a more "entry level" service. This was not the case. The only sales pitch was a single page price list included with the other printed materials she received. She will definitely be returning on a regular basis and highly recommends. While hopefully this will change, just don't get discouraged if it is difficult to get an appointment or immediate response. Think of it as a sold-out concert or ball game. Once you get in, it will be worth it."
"Janet was soooo good. I had never had a trigger point/myofacial session before. Wasn't sure what to expect. Janet was very thorough in explaining things and answering questions. One of my issues was constantly feeling like I have whiplash. Immediately after the session, I was backing out of a long driveway and turned to look back while backing out... this is a time where I would usually feel that whiplash feeling, stiff in the neck. I didn't feel it anymore! Amazing to see such an immediate difference. She also gave me tips on how to treat myself. I will do that but will definitely be coming back again, when I can afford to. Thanks Janet!"
"West Suburban Pain Relief Center is an excellent source of rehabilitative and restorative care. I wouldn't know how (or whether) to recommend them for a general massage, but for trigger-point and myofascial pain relief, they are highly professional, deeply focused on your specific problems and very effective. The staff includes an M.D. specializing the treatment of the various forms of Peripheral Neuropathy. I cannot recommend them highly enough."
