"We were so blessed to come across a property for rent with Leman Property Management almost 5 years ago and had the best experience ever while renting and working with them. We have used many of the large well known realtor rental managements in the area and have always had bad or less than desirable experiences. Leman is extremely responsive when communicating with them or handling maintenance or any questions. They are also very patient and understanding to work with you no matter your situation. Lastly they have not been our landlord for over 2 years and have continued to be a very helpful resource for us regarding rental questions and new available properties- in fact we have come to them first always and will continue you to our rental needs. I would rather rent from and work with Leman over anything else since there is such a good level or trust, respect and customer service. I highly encourage any renters looking to start and stay with Leman for the best experience."

"DAN FROM MAINTANCE DID SUCH I GREAT JOB ON MY HOT WATER HEATER FIXING IT. HE WAS VERY PILOT. TACKELED THE PROMBLEM RIGHT AWAY AND FIXED IT. I HAD NO HOT WATER AT THE TIME. HE WAS AT MY APARTMENT ON A MONDAY MORNING AS SOON AS THE OFFICE WAS OPEN. I HOPE WE GET MORE MAINTANCE HELP LIKE HIM!!!!!!"

"Williamsburg Townhomes: WARNING. THE GUY IN 8C IS A MENACE. MANAGEMENT WON'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT HIM. HE TERRORIZES THE WHOLE COMPLEX AND WILL VANDALIZE YOUR CAR. IF YOU'RE LOOKING AT 8D, 8B, OR 8E, MAYBE ASK WHY SO MANY ADJACENT APARTMENTS ARE VACANT"

"Since they hid my previous review from showing up here we go again: Jamie Albers is a disrespectful, hostile, condescending coward who hides behind secretaries. He went straight to eviction threats when he spoke to my fiance who was considered an "unauthorized resident" even after living there for a whole year and was extremely condescending to her for no reason. He does not speak the same way towards men, which is usually indicative of someone who feels power over women while feeling threatened by other men. We were conned into signing a new lease while being told we were month to month. Cost us almost 2k. All employees except management are great. BE MINDFUL OF LIES AND MANIPULATIONS WHEN DEALING WITH LEMAN PROPERTY MANAGEMENT. THEY WILL DO WHATEVER IT TAKES TO TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN."

"First night doing laundry at the apartment complex laundromat and the lid lock won’t disengage. Called and was advised by the answering service that there is no on call maintenance after hours. So my clothes must remain here overnight. Hopefully nothing will be stolen. Very disappointing experience during my first week in tenancy"
