Court Place Apartments

"I lived HERE (COURT ST. high rise) before. Wish I'd never moved. The residents were very friendly as was the staff. Large dining room where we could meet up and eat in there watch t.v. surrounded by large windows. A lovely library where residents could read, do puzzles, play cards, and watch t.v. I lived in one in E. Peo. I think 5 stories. The residents were nice. The staff when you make app. After I was so disappointed. Nothing to do. No activities. The outside looked nice as did the main floor. I just would make that the last place I'd live."

"I am currently a resident here. If you are a younger person thinking about living here. I absolutely do not recommend it. I have had issues with office management since I have moved in. There was a couple valid complaints made (which had been corrected) the older residents have made false accusations against me. From false noise complaints, too many friends visiting (I'm high risk pregnancy also just got a dog) so I am constantly being checked on by friends and family. People parking in somebodies assigned parking space (don't even know anybody that has the vehicle that was described). Being accused of selling drugs. Office management watching my apartment from their vehicle when they leave each day ( I have videos and you can clearly see them staring at my apartment for about a minute and a half. Asking the older people with windows facing my apartment to watch and keep count of how many people come in and out of my apartment each day and now I have woken up to phone calls saying that the office management is standing outside and watching when me or my fiance leave for work. .at this point, what I am describing is harassment."

"I lived there for 2 years and enjoyed it. All staff very nice and friendly."

"Dingy, gloomy, dirty, etc. When I got in the elevator I felt like I was going up in a shack.. But still a place to live I suppose, at least for my dad anyways, the only reason I ever went in here is to take care of my dads belongings after he passed away, it was sad to see his whole life in that tiny apartment. They do have good security though you have to have people open the door for you and parking in front isn't allowed unless you have permission."

"This is a lovely place to live. Clean, updated. Maintenance is RIGHT on any problem you might have weather its plumbing malfunctions of any kind. Staff is always friendly and helpful."
