"I have lived in these apartments 5 separate occassions and currently living here waiting to be moved into yet another appointment anyone bedroom. Everytime I have moved here the apartments have been spotless, walls clean, carpets clean and ready to unpack. I didn't have to wipe down even the cabinets. The office employees have been so nice and respond almost immediately. The outside areas are always clean. The laundry facility is semi clean and the machines are semi operational but they are very reasonable cost. I would absolutely recommend these apartment giving them 4.9999 stars!!"

"This will be my 3rd time renting a townhouse from them. Rented from 1995-1996 when I first moved out on my own. Then went back from 1998-2003. Moving in next week for a year or so to save money to buy a house. I've never had any issues, they're prompt on fixing things from what I can remember, management is nice and friendly, always got my deposit back. Storage units are good enough to have belongings close by."

"Friend moved in today and apartment seems nice. The kitchen area has a surprising amount of cabinets and counters. Think it's going to be great when all is done."

"Have been renting here for 2 years. They need a bit of updating in the kitchen and bathroom but are always prompt if I need something fixed or looked at. Very nice to rent from and haven't had any issues with noise or neighbors."
