"Receptionist needs a new job, she was awful and gave every single person attitude, she did not care about anyone coming in, after waiting over 50 minutes I went up to ask if she could give us an estimated wait time and before I could even say anything she said “if you’re asking what the wait time is I can’t give it to you you’re just going to have to sit down and wait to be called” in a very nasty voice. I was appalled at her attitude.. she worked the night of 2/17 I hope someone higher up sees this and can address their associate and hopefully relocate her."

"I brought my 3 year old daughter for a viral upper respiratory infection. I had called ahead to confirm if they can prescribe her a steroid since she didn't respond as well to the Albuterol I gave her at home. When I saw the nurse practitioner, he just repeated the Albuterol and said I needed go to the ER for the steroid. I told them I am not going to the ER, and either way I was going home with or without the steroid. He refused to administer a steroid or provide a prescription, and that was his idea of providing the best patient care for my daughter. Honestly, the urgent care is just a way to scam you out of money. Either see a doctor or don't waste your time here unless it's for the most basic service."

"Came almost an hour before they closed, the open sign was on, empty waiting room, it was for a simple earache, whoever worked at the front desk said they weren't taking anymore patients."

"Jen the receptionist at the front is horribly rude!!!! If it wasn't for my daughter feeling so ill we would have left!"

"When I can get in, the staff at this office is fantastic. The hours posted, however, are very deceiving. The new hours say that they close at 7:30 on weekdays, but when I arrived with my son at 7:10, we were told it was too late to be seen. The hours should say open til 7pm. We tried again Sunday at 11:30am and they weren't taking any new patients til "the next session" after 1:30. Lesson learned - call first!"
