"My uncle lives a nice life with a nice view thrre"
"I personally don't like this place my grandmother was staying here and lived here for a while and her room and the hallways where always so dirty! If some one got hurt or needed to be removed from the building No one would know ,no one checks on the people who actually live here. Do not recommend."
"Spoon river towers ,has been home to me for four years now. It's a very safe place to live, apartments are roomy, and comfortable , with balconies with sliding doors. The office staff here are friendly, and helpful ,very warm and make you feel comfortable to be here. Maintenance is very good at fixing whatever needs fixed in a timely manner. This building also is great for people who are disabled. There are elevators , so no walking stairs is necessary. It has a laundry on the fifth floor so you don't have to go out to a laundromat. Plus a community room, and kitchen where you can get meals if you choose. The community is peaceful, and has secure entrances. It's a great place for anyone who has a disability, or is older with a limited income. To have a place to call home."
"A very well maintained housing complex. My aunt and first cousin live here and they thoroughly enjoy it. The premises are kept clean. There is a community room on the first floor where lunch is brought in and which can be reserved for family events. Activities are planned for the residents with voluntary participation. There is an elected council of Tower's residents to administer the day to day business of the complex. I have visited many times and always had a pleasant experience."
