"I usually don’t have a problem, I’ve been going here for 4 years now. Never a problem. When I went the other day it was the most horrible experience. My 4 month old got her shots and the normal woman who usually does the shots wasn’t there so they had a girl I’ve only ever seen at the front desk doing them. I thought, no problem, they all should be trained. Nope. This woman drenched my baby’s leg in alcohol and then immediately stuck the shots in and my baby is just screaming. That’s not the worst part. After giving her the shots, she then proceeded to wipe her wounds with the alcohol ball AGAIN. My poor baby started crying louder. I felt soo bad. I was in shock at what had happened. Then she didn’t have a bandage and so she left to find one. When she put the bandage on it didn’t stick because her leg was still soaked with the alcohol that should’ve dried by now. She was like oh you’re good to go knowing that the bandaid didn’t stay and so I told her she needed to put another bandaid. She looked at it and was like oh okay let me go get another one. For 2 days my baby didn’t act like herself and barely wanted to eat or play. It was soo heartbreaking.. I’m just really upset they would handle an infant the way they did. I will be finding a new pediatrician after 4 years because of this one bad experience. I want the best care for my children, as any mother would."

"Staff is slow, lazy, and no appointments no service. No walk ins. They also do not accept most major insurance. They will ask you if they are in network? Isn't that their job to know and find out. 1 star"

"Staff is not so great could use SMILES or have some Enthusiasm but I do have to say I never had to wait hours before getting seen longest wait time I've had was 40 minutes. Dr Otto answers all my questions and concerns about my child."
