"20 minutes waiting to make an appointment and still no answer. when you walk in the front to speak to someone no one is even busy, they’re on their personal phones. it is so difficult to make an appointment here, the only way is to walk in. mind you i have been a patient here since I was an infant, very disappointed. having someone who personally works at this building write a fake review is not very surprising, there are multiple reviews about the same issue. this is the second time I call and still no answer. Dr.Lugo himself is great, but he should consider a new front desk staff."

"Fix ypur hours of operation I've called yesterday before yall closed and yall never picked up I called this morning at 8am till about 8:10am and your office is closed but online it says yall open at 8 and to think I was wanting to bring my daughter here if yall can't even answer a phone what makes me think yall know how to treat an infant"

"I was shocked to read some of the reviews. I have personally seen Dr Lugo and had to call to schedule an appointment and no issues. My mom goes to him and no issues I have my best friend and her husband that goes to Dr Lugo and no issues. I have recommend many client to Dr Lugo and if they have a problem they know to let me know but no one seems to complain. I can not believe some of the comments below but I do know not everyone can be happy. I have not had issues with the Dr himself and I have seen him multiple time in this same office for over 25 years. That's pretty amazing to know that your local family Dr has not moved locations. You, Your Kids, Grandkids and Grandparents can all see the same Dr at the same facility. Thank you Dr Lugo for being a family physician"

"AVOID THIS DOCTOR I should have read the reviews before trusting my grandson life to these inhuman people. No one in that office should be allow to treat kids, my grandson is autistic and these people, front desk, nurses and doctor have neglected care for him to the point of says that’s they don’t care about his well-being. After my daughter in laws got frustrated with them for not want to give him the proper treatment time and time again. We are looking for new pediatrician. We just want to make parent aware of this malicious practices office"

"We’ve been taking my now 2 year old daughter here since she was born for her check ups and to get all of her shots. My wife’s family had been going to this office for years and felt like it was a good place to bring our daughter….this was obviously a huge mistake. This office has lost our business forever. Long wait times, inadequately evaluating my daughter (I won’t post on here what was missed, but let’s just say this place completely missed something extremely important for her development and now I have resentment towards them for it.) The pediatrician completely failed in her job and now we are dealing with the consequences. There’s a reason this office has horrible reviews. Don’t become a doctor if you just want to come in and collect a paycheck!! Absolutely despicable."
