"From the moment I spoke to them on the phone I knew there was going to be in issue after they gave me a different time for my appointment and I missed it had to reschedule. I was interested in bringing my kids to this clinic and making it their primary doctor but no more. From the very moment I walked in they were already trying to reschedule me because I didn't have my paperwork printed in hand. I said no I will have their last doctor fax it to them while I fill out forms and it was automatically an issue. After waiting and them continuing to try and reschedule me I was told that I had to have those papers by 4 not to mention they close at 5. They really were not trying to help and made it very difficult so I decided to take my business elsewhere."

The staff have always been very helpful, kind and knowledgeable. I have never had an issue with wait times issues with scheduling. I will continue to take my kids there as long as I can."
