"This is the best pediatric office that I've been to. Beginning with the gentleman at the front desk, he always has a smile and has a great interaction with the kids when they arrive. The nurse is extremely kind, has a tender heart, and is a great listener. Same for the dr! He listens to any concerns that I have when it comes to my children. I have never had a problem here."

"This is the worst pediatrician office you can go to. The doctor is okay but the receptionist is one of the worst you can come by. He is very rude on phone and in person by not giving or relaying any urgent messages to the doctor. He insists on giving medical advice or explaining lab results which I know he’s does not have any medical licenses. Only registered Nurses or doctors should be giving out medical results. He always says to go to urgent care and almost never you can get an appointment for your child. They don’t do any appointments on fridays. They should change their hours if he wants to make up times and dates."

"For the entire year Carlos saw my son once, otherwise a nurse simply gave shots without any communication with a 2 year old. We were due for another vaccine and they never called us back. We changed a doctor and when transferred our records - they had my son as a girl in their record - they care less for your child, but more about insurance money and shots. Despicable. I do not recommend, avoid."

"They rather go to lunch than to help a child, but yet the motto is "The difference is how we care" showed no empathy for child . We were in before and they were able to help. This time it was like no come back later after lunch. I asked to speak to the Dr since we are long time patients only to have the front desk lady ask a Front manager vs my request! Just horrible! Today they really showed me the motto they stand by."
