"Just had my car broken in today in broad daylight. I informed front desk, but they didn’t seem to be concern. LA fitness I am hearing this is happening all the time. Please do something and make it a safer place for your customers. Take some accountability and make a change."

"Beware with this gym parking lot, there are windows broken every week and the steal whatever you have inside your car, I told people in the lobby and I contact la fitness support but they don't care, that's why sometimes the place it is almost empty, people knows that is an unsafe place, if you thinking to come, don't do it, try some other location, I recommend planet fintes on cypress and 290 that place is safe to park your car"

"If you don't mind a ton of deferred maintenance and broken/missing equipment, then this is the gym for you. Once a machine needs service or breaks, it takes LA Fitness weeks (average 4 to 6 weeks) to get it fixed. A large majority of cushions are torn and tattered. The free weight area has been missing 3 Olympic bars for a couple of years. I have brought this up to management COUNTLESS times as have others, and still they are missing. Go elsewhere for your gym needs - LA Fitness at Barker Cypress in Cypress, TX is A DUMP. They show absolutely no sense of urgency for the members. I do not recommend!"

"Where do I start. This gym is just bad, do not get impressed by the fancy building. You walk inside and clearly they haven’t update equipment in years, there are outdated, rusty and broken equipment, I let it go because well I can use other none broken equipment meantime, but clearly you expect better gym maintenance and equipment for a franchise like LA Fitness .what broke the camel’s toe, is that their “kids club” this is the reason why I got a membership there, long story short, my 1 year old got bitten hard on the cheek by other child. There is only one person taking care of more than 8 children at the time, I understand children get hurt in school or day care but they dont keep the children for 8 hours, right? I go there not longer than 60 mins sometimes 45 minutes. I got a call from the kids club care taker and when I got there , my child was crying, I do not know which kid was the biter or who was the parent, they called the parent of the child who bite my child first and I guess he or she had time to leave the facility before even calling me. The manager blamed it completely on the care taker (the manager is responsible to put in charge more people there) the manager should fill an incident report and she didn’t. She just do not care, I complain with corporate and I waited for a week for a follow up. Nothing, happened.. neither management or corporate followed up with me. My child still has a mark on his cheek(photos provided) we called corporate and “Jimmy” said the manager (Kate Jackson) should have called me. No call, no apology, no discount no nothing. I cancelled my membership and they only refunded me a month.. they just wanted to refund me 10 dlls. I asked them to refund my annual fee and they didn’t, so if you pay annual fee, iniciación fee and membership and cancel a month later , you get nothing back, all that money do not go towards equipment or personnel since they haven’t hire a second person for the kids club. So you get broken equipment, bad management, dangerous kids club and corporate do not care. Just save yourself unnecessary fees and support a local gym. Also they don’t care about the reviews, or feedback because they don’t fix anything. So if you are a mom do not be surprised if your child gets hurt here."
