"At first to lure you in, they make all the promises, Once your there, there's no care it's whatever. I have questioned why during the kids nap time these teachers don't take the time to disinfect the kids surrounding, they use that time to chitchat. They don't use the appropriate PPE, my kid got sick over and over.with no care. If they are closed you have else whete private to have you kiddos watched. What happened to well work with you???? The adm won't even talk to you always busy. I can go on about this place ...."

"My son went to this location and they have ok teachers but the management is THE WORST. I was a director for many years and I know protocols and this school does not follow them. They come up with new rules and do not follow their own parent handbook, especially when it comes to days closed which is super inconvenient for working parents. I was there for about 4 months and I could not tell you who the director is even after requesting to speak with her regarding concerns with my child’s classroom and afternoon teachers. There is absolutely no communication despite them having the Procare system. I was told certain things when I registered that they didn’t abide by as well. The afternoon teacher was filthy! My son and other kids were always so dirty and to no surprise, he got hand, foot, and mouth for the first time ever. I called to see if any one else had it since I had not received notification. I never received a call back nor did ever send out notification when I let them know my so had it. Not posting and notifying parents is 100% against licensing. It also leads me to believe they NEVER deep cleaned the classroom. My son loved Ms.Krysten and the morning teacher in suite 200 and the owner is also kind but other than that I would not recommend this school. The price point is cheap but, you get what you pay for"

"My two boys have attended Kids R Kids for the last four years and its been a pleasant experience does far. The teachers and front desk staff have been very attentive to my kids needs even providing encouragement when they're feeling low or just not having the best of days. I'm a very busy guy always moving around in and out of town daily, and this place has been a blessing for my hectic schedule. The staff keeps me informed and updated on current events, any incidents and or behavior changes with my boys. Rather it's a phone call email or via text. It's very much appreciated. If you're in the Katy or Cypress area, I would recommend you stop by a Kids R Kids location."

"If you love & care about your child’s physical and emotional well-being, please, do not send them here. We received calls about my brother misbehaving at school numerous times & did all we could find out why since he didn’t act like that at home. One day he came home with a red mark on his arm with two nail prints in the middle. He said the teacher pinched him. We’re guessing this was due to him acting up in the class.We’ve now found out he has autism, & now, knowing that he was stimming during most of his tantrums, the way they treated him is very discomforting and heartbreaking. I pray they get some staff that actually cares about the kids there. And on my brother’s last day there, the lady at the front desk clapped and said “Thank God”, as my mom walked through the door to check him out. This place is not the environment I would ever send my child nor recommend to anyone."

"My kids have been at this location for 3+ years, infant room to school age. The director is AMAZING! She responds to questions, comments, complaints (if any) in a very quick professional manner. When I randomly check the camera, I notice that she is active in the classrooms and engages with the kids which means a lot to me as a parent. Their summer program is fun and exciting with good field trips. The staff is caring and you can tell has a true passion for kids. Dropping my kids off I know they are in good hands."
