"I highly recommend it for the area as it by far the most serious gym around while still maintaining a friendly atmosphere! Great gym, they continue to grow and care about their members. I went here for 2-3yrs shortly after they opened. Wish I still lived nearby. Will always be the OG gym for me. They even let me stop in to check it out everyone and then. It’s the first place I pressed 135 overhead and pulled 405 deadlift. So it’s got a special place in my heart."

"Very cool locally owned gym. It's small, but it has everything you need, and it's open 24 hours. The employees are very nice, and so are the members. They even let you plug your phone into the gym speakers to play your music! They also have complimentary chalk which comes in handy. Highly recommend it!"
