"Absolutely upsetting. We have used this place about 3 or 4 times. Actually loved it, until this most recent visit. Apparently at my last visit they messed something up in the billing department... again we have used them multiple times before... they some how messed up our home address. We clearly havnt moved. They used myself as a guarantor for insurance this time, instead of my wife like the every previous time... so we had a pretty large bill relative to just an urgent care visit. They refused to see my daughter because of the bill that should be covered under insurance... so my wife had to bring my sick daughter home without any treatment and without being seen by a nurse because of their billing error. The office manager said this is "policy" ... you would think that a simple billing error could be addressed and continue to provide care to sick children. But apparently making money is much more important than the sick children sitting in the waiting room at 1030pm at night. Never using a Nite Light again."
